ROP Welding Processes & Fabrication is the introduction course to welding. This course emphasizes welding and fabrication skills in Shielded Metal Arc Welding - Stick Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding - MIG Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding - TIG Welding, Oxy-Fuel Welding and Cutting. The course devotes a high percentage of classroom time in project planning, project fabrication and necessary welds used in welding and fabrication shops. Shop time is devoted to constructing and fabricating student projects and mastery of basic welds used in industry.
